We have our own factory on the 30th floor (119 meters above the ground) in our Osaka Umeda head office.
Our production capacity is 500 units per day.
The factory has the same production environment as in our Indonesia factory which enables us to check products before mass-production and sort out any issues.
Additionally, we can also produce "Made in Japan" products.
More than 300 R&D engineers are based in our HQ to support the development of innovative digital devices such as communication technology, optical design, semiconductor technology, and circuit design. They are capable of providing a great degree of flexibility to meet the needs application development.
Xacti is making efforts to build and develop original design verification system (gate system), maintain and improve design quality based on development know-how which has accumulated through years of experience (in the digital imaging field).
In the early stages of development we identify any problems and solve them. By repeating this problem solving cycle, we improve the level of completeness of the product.
Inspection and confirmation conducted during each repetition of the cycle results in reduction of any design changes in the latter half of development phase and redoing the prototype, which then leads to the realization of high quality product and shortening the development period.
